Beth Sibbett Simmons developed pain from endometriosis around the age of ten. She was diagnosed at the age of 23 after years of having her symptoms dismissed. At time of her diagnosis she was told that her endometriosis was inoperable. For the next ten years she explored options to manage her endometriosis. Ultimately she found out about excision of endometriosis and pursued expert surgical care. Surgery was life changing for her. Beth has dedicated her professional career as a Nurse Practitioner to the care of women suffering from pelvic pain. She also serves as an Admin on Nancy’s Nook to help educate women regarding their disease and options to manage their symptoms.
